Here is my yummy recipe for seekh kebabs!
Ingredients:
1/2 kg minced meat
1 tbsp raw papaya
1 tsp gram flour
2 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 piece cinnamon
1 tsp cloves
1 tsp whole black pepper
1/2 bunch coriander leaves
1 egg
4 green chillies
1.5 tbsp red chilli powder
2 tbsp fried onion
1 tsp roasted cumin powder
2 tbsp powdered milk
1 tsp roasted and crushed coriander
2 slices bread
1 tbsp poppy seeds
salt to taste
Directions:
Roast the cloves, gram flour, cinnamon, black pepper, cumin seeds and poppy seeds. Then grind them to make a fine powder
Take a chopper and put the minced meat and the rest of the ingredients, included the grinder spices into it.
Chop them and then refrigerate for at least 1 hour.
Put a few drops of water into your hands and then form the mixture into kebabs.
Fry them in a little oil.
Heat a piece of coal and place it in the middle of the pan on a piece of foil and close the lid for 20 minutes.
Serve hot!
