Seekh kebab recipe

Here is my yummy recipe for seekh kebabs!


Ingredients:


  • 1/2 kg minced meat

  • 1 tbsp raw papaya

  • 1 tsp gram flour

  • 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste

  • 1 piece cinnamon

  • 1 tsp cloves

  • 1 tsp whole black pepper

  • 1/2 bunch coriander leaves

  • 1 egg

  • 4 green chillies

  • 1.5 tbsp red chilli powder

  • 2 tbsp fried onion

  • 1 tsp roasted cumin powder

  • 2 tbsp powdered milk

  • 1 tsp roasted and crushed coriander

  • 2 slices bread

  • 1 tbsp poppy seeds

  • salt to taste


Directions:


  1. Roast the cloves, gram flour, cinnamon, black pepper, cumin seeds and poppy seeds. Then grind them to make a fine powder

  2. Take a chopper and put the minced meat and the rest of the ingredients, included the grinder spices into it.

  3. Chop them and then refrigerate for at least 1 hour.

  4. Put a few drops of water into your hands and then form the mixture into kebabs.

  5. Fry them in a little oil.

  6. Heat a piece of coal and place it in the middle of the pan on a piece of foil and close the lid for 20 minutes.

  7. Serve hot!
