Seekh kebab recipe

Here is my yummy recipe for seekh kebabs!
Ingredients:
- 1/2 kg minced meat 
- 1 tbsp raw papaya 
- 1 tsp gram flour 
- 2 tbsp ginger garlic paste 
- 1 piece cinnamon 
- 1 tsp cloves 
- 1 tsp whole black pepper 
- 1/2 bunch coriander leaves 
- 1 egg 
- 4 green chillies 
- 1.5 tbsp red chilli powder 
- 2 tbsp fried onion 
- 1 tsp roasted cumin powder 
- 2 tbsp powdered milk 
- 1 tsp roasted and crushed coriander 
- 2 slices bread 
- 1 tbsp poppy seeds 
- salt to taste 
Directions:
- Roast the cloves, gram flour, cinnamon, black pepper, cumin seeds and poppy seeds. Then grind them to make a fine powder 
- Take a chopper and put the minced meat and the rest of the ingredients, included the grinder spices into it. 
- Chop them and then refrigerate for at least 1 hour. 
- Put a few drops of water into your hands and then form the mixture into kebabs. 
- Fry them in a little oil. 
- Heat a piece of coal and place it in the middle of the pan on a piece of foil and close the lid for 20 minutes. 
- Serve hot!
