I made bread rolls today and thought I would share the recipe with you!
Ingredients:
4 slices of bread (edges cut)
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1/2 cup shredded chicken
ginger garlic paste
1 egg (beaten)
1 tbsp mayonaise
1 tbsp ketchup
1 tsp chilli sauce
salt to taste
1/4 tsp black pepper
1 tsp red chilli flakes
Directions:
Boil the chicken with ginger garlic paste.
Then mix all the rest of the ingredients above (except for the bread and bread crumbs) and keep aside.
Put the bread slices in a plastic bag and roll them softly with a rolling pin.
Fill the bread with the chicken and roll it up gently.
Dip the rolls in egg and then coat with breadcrumbs.
Keep them in the fridge for at least an hour.
When you want to make them, deep fry the rolls and serve with your favourite dip!
