These are easy, quick and delicious parathas that I usually make during sehri.
Ingredients:
2 cups plain flour
1 egg
Salt to taste
1/4 tsp baking soda
7-8 tbsp milk
1 tbsp sugar
Directions:
Mix all the ingredients together and knead well until it forms a soft dough
Leave it for 1-1.5 hours in the fridge.
When you want to make the parathas, make the dough into small balls and roll them into long snake-shape.
Roll the shapes into a spiral circle and fry it while brushing it with oil regularly
Serve while hot.
