Paratha recipe

These are easy, quick and delicious parathas that I usually make during sehri.


Ingredients:


  • 2 cups plain flour

  • 1 egg

  • Salt to taste

  • 1/4 tsp baking soda

  • 7-8 tbsp milk

  • 1 tbsp sugar


Directions:


  1. Mix all the ingredients together and knead well until it forms a soft dough

  2. Leave it for 1-1.5 hours in the fridge.

  3. When you want to make the parathas, make the dough into small balls and roll them into long snake-shape.

  4. Roll the shapes into a spiral circle and fry it while brushing it with oil regularly

  5. Serve while hot.
