Tomato puree method recipe

I am going to share my very simple method of making tomato puree!


  1. Take any tomatoes you think are about to go bad and cut them up into thick pieces.

  2. Add them to a pot without any water and close the lid.

  3. Cook on a low flame for 10 minutes until you see the tomatoes start to get watery.

  4. When the tomatoes become soft, put them to one side and let them cool.

  5. Once completely cooled, put it in a blender and blend well.

  6. Once grinded, separate into small boxes and store in the freezer.

  7. Take out of the freezer and use whenever needed.
